Value propositions to set tenants up for success

 

Brief


ISPT invests in property for some of Australia’s largest industry superannuation funds, and more than 50% of working Australians have their super in ISPT properties. Their large portfolio of commercial, retail, logistics, warehousing and residential property creates strong and stable returns for their investors. 

 

Approach


Left Bank Co. were engaged by ISPT’s commercial property investment management team to develop a range of strategic documents to support engagement and communications with current customers and potential future tenants. ISPT prides itself on being a workplace partner of choice, placing value on customer relationships with a willingness to understand their priorities and collaborate for shared success. Our work has ranged from tenant attraction materials to go to market, through to bespoke pitches to long-term customers proposing alternative office accommodation solutions. Our role was to shape opportunities into well-articulated and high value propositions, drawing on key drivers and motivators for the customer and demonstrating alignment with ISPT and its property portfolio.

 

Impact


The materials produced for ISPT played an important role in enabling the team to engage with its existing customers, further strengthening their relationship and actively demonstrating ISPT’s willingness to invest in their success. They also supported ISPT in going to market, with a strategic and competitive point of difference to set their properties apart from competitors.
